  • Bookings are Saturday to Saturday in peak season 

  • Check in 4pm / Check out 11am

  • No additional costs: rental includes meet and greet service, WiFi, supply of beach and bathroom towels, cotton bed linen, full deep clean, laundry, Premium TV,  electricity (fair use)

  • Payment in full at time of booking

  • 100% refund for cancellations before 60 days of booked arrival date

  • 75% refund for cancellations less than 60 days but more than 30 days of booked arrival date

  • No refund for cancellations within 30 days of booked arrival date
