In a quiet hamlet and not overlooked. The villa is walled, with electric gates and parking for a number of cars.

The outside space has a substantial patio around the larger than average 10x5m pool, as well as soft seating, and a fly free dining courtyard with adjustable overhead shade and BBQ near the kitchen.

Just minutes' drive from the market town of Albox which has everything for day to day needs, including bars, restaurants, supermarket and banks.

Albox hold their market each Tuesday. Locally, the area is perfect for cycling, walking and horse riding.

Albox have tennis club, gym, ten pin bowling and quad bike hire.

Air conditioning or underfloor heating will keep you warm or cool.

The spacious lounge/dining room has a free standing wood burner. There is oak furniture throughout, including a very large dining table.

WiFi and entertainment is provided (premium UK TV service), Sony PS3 with 60+ games, DVD/CD player, Bluetooth music player speaker, plus a selection of board games, DVDs, books). Outside there is a ping pong table and darts board to keep everyone entertained.

The villa is substantial (160m2) and all on one level. The master bedroom has a super-king sized bed leading to the en-suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms (one king size and one twin bed) share a large family bathroom.
